Marco reinard has completed Phi Phi island to Evason Phuket speed crossing . He has covered 24 km in the 1st. 2 hours but then had to paddle against the tide till arrival in Phuket resulting in a total time of just under 8 hours for the 60some km. <52 km straight line>.
One day after the crossing marco together with members of the Evason Phuket and Wild Asia Malaysia have planted 2000 trees in the mangroves North-East of Phuket.,where the Evason Phuket team has already planted 8000 trees in the same region ,lead by their environmental coordinator Mr.Arnfinn and other members. This project has been supported by local government officials.
